In the unlikely event you find a fault with a product you’ve received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Us form
So that our Customer Service Team can assist you, in your email please include:
- A photo of the affected garment
- A description of the fault
- The order number the garment is associated with
Once your enquiry has been reviewed, our Customer Service Team will be in contact with how we’re able to help!
We understand that purchasing underwear online can be difficult, which is why we offer a return policy for our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unopened and with all tags still attached.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item(s) received is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
