So that our Customer Service Team can assist you, in your email please include:

  1. A photo of the affected garment
  2. A description of the fault
  3. The order number the garment is associated with

Once your enquiry has been reviewed, our Customer Service Team will be in contact with how we’re able to help!

Due to the nature of the products, we do not allow exchanges. We will however send you a new product if faulty.
